Don't know the name of this flower, but it is common in this area of the country. I have seen this flower in the yards of older homes, in beds, and sometimes in hanging baskets.
This simple unassuming vine flowers in the heat of summer. You may think that you have lost this vine, and then it reappears in late spring. Taking a cutting is simple, just pinch a piece off and place it in water to root. Now that is my kind of plant, the price is right!
